Good turn out today with a good trade for stags, ewes and lambs were a very good trade. In-lamb ewes met with a brisk trade. Hoggets were a firm trade.

Seven ewe lambs, 50kg, €152.00. Fourteen ewe lambs, 42.2kg, €130.00. Eight ewe lambs, 43.2kg, €133.00. Ten ewe lambs 26kg, €79.00. Sixteen wither lambs, 36kg, €90.00. Five wither lambs, 47kg, €145.00. Fifteen wither lambs, 40kg, €120.00.
Stag ewes
Good heavy ewes in good demand. Light ewes back on previous sale.
Prices ranged from €80.00 to €166.00.

One third crop ewe with one lamb, €250. One third crop ewe with one lamb, €300.
Sheep sales every Saturday at 10am in person and online with ‘marteye’.
Gates open at 8am. Cattle sales resume on Wednesday the 26th of January at 6pm.
